MyPDF.co.in is a browser-first PDF toolkit where file processing happens locally in your device memory. We are committed to protecting the privacy of users in India and complying with applicable data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) where applicable.
What data we collect
- Files you upload/process: processed locally and not retained by our servers by default.
- Optional information you provide (e.g., support email) to help with service requests.
- Technical metadata (browser, device type) for diagnostics and quality improvements.
How we use data
Primarily to enable the service features in your browser. If any server-side features are used (e.g., external OCR/AI services), you will be informed and explicit consent requested where required.
Data retention
We do not retain your documents on our servers after processing. Any temporary server-side artifacts (if used) are deleted promptly. If you create an account or opt into cloud features, retention will be explained at opt-in.
Your rights under Indian law

Security
We design the service to minimize data transfer. When server-side services are used, we apply standard technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
Third-party services
We may use third-party services (e.g., PDF libraries, analytics). We limit these services and document them where necessary. We do not embed API keys in the client; keys must remain server-side.
Children
Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
