MyPDF provides browser-based PDF tools (merge, split, compress, convert, OCR, edit). Most processing happens locally in your browser; we do not upload files to our servers unless an explicit feature states otherwise.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, infringing content, or to bypass protections on files you do not own. You remain responsible for the content you process.
4. Intellectual Property
All UI, text, images and code in MyPDF are the property of the site owners or licensed third parties. You retain ownership of your documents.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION OR MISUSE. To the extent permitted under applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited.
6. Changes
We may modify features, terms, or pricing. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of a competent jurisdiction in India.
